P Shot

The Priapus Shot® also known as the P Shot® is designed to increase sexual performance for men. This is a safe, non-surgical procedure that utilizes the patients' own Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) to rejuvenate and enhance function. PRP contains over 20 growth factors that work to increase blood flow to the penis resulting in stronger, harder, and bigger erection; as well as making the penis more youthful in appearance.

How is the procedure done?

The P Shot® is a relatively quick and painless procedure with little to no downtime. The first step is to draw a small amount of blood from the arm. Then, using a centrifuge and a particular method, the platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is isolated from the red blood cells. The area is numbed with a potent anesthetic cream for about 30 minutes. Then, using a very thin needle, the growth factors found in PRP are injected into the penis to begin the regeneration process. Because these areas have been numbed, patients feel little to no pain. As with every procedure at Transformed Med Spa, the P Shot® is performed in a safe, clean, and private environment. Patients can resume regular activity, including sexual intercourse, the same day.

Important Considerations

We do not recommend PRP treatments for patients who currently smoke cigarettes, are on blood thinners, have a history of alcohol or drug misuse, or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. PRP is also contraindicated for those who have been diagnosed with the following:

• Acute or chronic infections
• Cancer
• Chronic liver disease
• Platelet dysfunction syndrome
• Anemia
• Thrombocytopenia
• Recent fever or illness
