Mariana has been an integral part of Transformed Aesthetic and Wellness Center since 2017, bringing with her more than 15 years of experience in the aesthetic field. With a deep passion for enhancing her patients’ natural beauty and improving their overall wellness, she focuses on delivering personalized care. Her approach combines advanced techniques with a genuine understanding of each patient’s unique needs, making her a trusted and sought-after expert in both aesthetic and intimate wellness.

Outside of work, Mariana enjoys quality time with loved ones, outdoor pursuits, and traveling to new destinations.

Education

Mariana holds an RN degree from Frederick Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Stevenson University. Committed to continuous learning, she regularly attends specialized training sessions and masterclasses with renowned pharmaceutical companies like Galderma, Allergan, and Revanesse. Her professional development also includes advanced certifications in aesthetic and intimate medicine, ensuring she remains at the forefront of her field.

Mariana specializes in advanced anti-aging and intimate wellness treatments, offering a wide range of services tailored to her patients’ individual needs. Her expertise includes cutting-edge therapies like exosome and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments, as well as dermal fillers, neurotoxins, and laser therapy. She also focuses on sexual health and wellness, utilizing bio-identical hormone replacement, peptide therapy, and specialized treatments like the O-Shot and P-Shot. Mariana is certified by the Cellular Medicine Association as well as Biote Medical in several procedures, including the O-Shot, Priapus Shot, Vampire Facial/Facelift, Vampire Breast Lift, and Hormone Replacement Therapy.

During the consultation she actually listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to push anything additional on me that I wasn’t comfortable doing. I started off with PRP which I LOVED the results but wanted more to fill the hollowness of my eyes. After discussing my options with Jen I ended up getting the vampire facial done (fillers and PRP).
